This rootedness in the mind and the lack of presence and awareness is the underlying cause of much of our stressful and maladaptive responses to life's challenges. We need to slow down and reconnect with our body and the feeling of being — we need to learn to experience life more somatically.
In this workshop, you will learn how to blend three breathing techniques (yogic breath, somatic breath, and the consciously connected O breath), which will rewire your bodily physiology, and make you more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and restore your prana and energy levels.
